Define my quadriceps
Get shredded shoulders, biceps, back and legs and oh god...everything!
Lift it all : Leg Extensions machine (current 1RPM is 61kg)
Lean bulk : keep it up!
Growth Growth Growth : do not fear it!
Start cycling again : long peaceful rides
Find a gym buddy
