Goals and lists

Current fitness/health related goals :

  • Be able to do one pullup

  • Define my quadriceps

  • Get shredded shoulders, biceps, back and legs and oh god...everything!

  • Lift it all : Leg Extensions machine (current 1RPM is 61kg)

  • Lean bulk : keep it up!

  • Growth Growth Growth : do not fear it!

  • Start cycling again : long peaceful rides

  • Find a gym buddy
