Killer 10 minute ABS workout!

Who said you can't hit your abdominal muscles in under 10 minutes? Most my core workouts last anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes : abs don't need an entire day dedicated to them, you could simply work them at the end of any big workout like leg day or cardio. Here's a quick circuit you should add to your routine!
Do each of the following exercises for 30 seconds and repeat the circuit 4 times
1. Bosu Ball Mountain Climbers

2. Medicine Ball V-Ups

3. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

4. Sit ups (with weights)

5. Plank (bodyweight)
