Exercises that strengthen your core

One thing I'm very proud of is my core: I might not have visible abs or a shredded physique but believe me when I tell you I have a hell of a strong core!

These are the exercises that helped me gain strength in my abdominals:

  • TRX Crunches

Recommended: 3 sets of 20 reps

  • TRX Oblique Crunches

Recommended: 3 sets of 10 reps on each side

  • TRX Mountain Climbers

Recommended: 3 sets of 40 total reps

  • TRX Pike

Recommended: 3 sets of 20 reps

I promise you amazing and fast results if you do this circuit two to three times a week!
