Favorite leg exercises

These days I've been loving the gym! Lifting weights, even if very light weights, makes me feel very strong and powerfullike a beast! ...seriously, no jokes.

You should deifnitely start strength training, if you don't already, it's a great confidence booster as well! I can go days on days talking about all the benefits but I'll save you from that today and share instead my favorite leg day exercises!

Nothing beats cycling of course, but on my scheduled strength training days, I tend to prefer some exercises over others.

Smith Machine Back Squats

Romanian Deadlift

Leg Extensions

Barbell Hip Thrust

Standing Calf Raises (on Smith Machine)

These exercises really helped me build muscle, and I highly recommend you to add them to your workouts !
