Favorite leg exercises
These days I've been loving the gym! Lifting weights, even if very light weights, makes me feel very strong and powerful –like a beast! ...seriously, no jokes.
You should deifnitely start strength training, if you don't already, it's a great confidence booster as well! I can go days on days talking about all the benefits but I'll save you from that today and share instead my favorite leg day exercises!
Nothing beats cycling of course, but on my scheduled strength training days, I tend to prefer some exercises over others.
